Walker garners fourth SAA Weekly honors

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Katie Walker secured her third Athlete of the Week in a row and fourth honor this season, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon, following her standout performance at the Centre Speedo Invitational.

The senior diver delivered an impressive performance on the diving boards, earning two third-place finishes and contributing 64 points in a highly competitive field featuring two three-year regional qualifiers.

On the 1-meter dive, Walker posted a score of 364.20 over 11 dives, finishing ahead of all conference competitors in the event. She replicated the success in the 3-meter dive, again over 11 dives, and posted a score of 354.50, once again leading all conference divers in the event.
