Women's cross country finishes fourth at SAA Championships

SEWANEE, Tenn. – The women's cross-country team finished fourth in the Southern Athletic Association Championships. Abigail Armstrong, Elizabeth Cook, Lou Bullock, Sam Ude, and Allison Haworth all finished Top 30, leading the Sewanee women on Saturday at Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, Tenn.

The Tigers placed fourth in the team standings with a score of 132.

Armstrong paced the Tigers with a time of 24:49.74 good for 22nd, while Cook led four consecutive Sewanee runners in 25th with a time of 25:31.59, with junior Bullock finishing in 25:32.39, juniors Ude in 25:36.92, and Haworth in 25:38.51.

Eleanor Graham came in 31st with a time of 26:08.35 while Livi Burns placed 34th. Cece Cherry finished six seconds behind Burns.
