SEWANEE, Tenn. - The University of the South track and field teams ended the program's indoor season on Saturday with hosting the Sewanee Invitational from the Fowler Center Fieldhouse.

WOMEN TOP PERFORMERS

Ellie Hemmelgarn ran a 2:50.86 in the 800 meters, while Erin Garffeo posted a 10.89-second time in the 55 hurdles.
MEN TOP PERFORMERS

Michael McGhee advanced to the finals in the 55 meter dash. Posting a 6.85-second sprint in the prelims, he improved his time to 6.79 in the final.

Sam Leonard ran a season-best time in the 400 meters with a 55.77 time for third place.

Brandon Christ scored in the mile with a 4:51.54.
-For the first time in indoor track and field history at the University of the South, there were marks in the weight throw, led by
Lukus White's 9.58-meter event.
