Newport News, VA: The University of the South Men's Lacrosse team's postseason run came to an end on Saturday, May 14th, falling to #3 Christopher Newport (CNU) 29-5.

- CNU got out to a fast start, scoring a goal off the first face off of the game, taking a 1-0 lead seven seconds into the first quarter.
- CNU used a 9-0 first quarter run to separate themselves from the Tigers early.

Davis Gillenwater got the Tigers on the board in the last second of the opening quarter, on an inside finish to cut the lead to 9-1.
- The Captains would score 9 more goals in the second quarter.
