SEWANEE, Tenn. - The University of the South men's basketball team dropped a 72-61 decision to Hendrix College in a Southern Athletic Association (SAA) contest, Sunday afternoon inside Juhan Gymnasium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Tigers pushed the lead to 11, 25-14, with 4:29 left in the half, but Hendrix used an 11-4 run from there to cut the deficit to four points, 29-25, at the half.
-Hendrix came out strong in the second half to put the game away. Tied at 33, Hendrix went on a 12-2 run to push the lead to 10.

Colin Kahl posted 15 points and added seven rebounds.

John Crump each tallied 11 points.
HENDRIX KEY STATISTICS
-Seth Stanley scored 20 of his 25 points in the second half. In the final 20 minutes, he went 5-of-7 from the field and drained 8-of-9 from the free throw line.
-Seth Coman posted 15 points and four rebounds as the Warriors posted a 13-of-23 (56.5%) effort in the second half as well as 15-of-16 from the free throw line.
