MEQUON, Wis. - The University of the South field hockey team saw its season come to an end on Saturday afternoon in the semifinals of the 2021 Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Field Hockey Tournament. The top-seeded Centre College Colonels defeated the Tigers, 4-0, from Tomasini Stadium on the campus of Concordia University Wisconsin.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Centre used two goals in the 16th and 20th minutes to take a 2-0 lead after 30 minutes of play.
-The Colonels, who out-shot Sewanee, 37-2, on the day, added two more goals in the third period to complete the 4-0 victory. They will take on the Lynx of Rhodes College in the final on Sunday.
