HOW IT HAPPENED
-Sewanee held the Owls to a negative attack percentage in two of the three sets. For the match, the Tigers allowed just 17 kills from the Owls offense and a .000 attack percentage (17-17-78).
-Despite Sewanee posting a .476 attack percentage (11-1-21) in the second set, the Owls made it a contest early, evening the score at 10 at one point. However, the Tigers used a 12-3 run to secure the set.
SEWANEE KEY STATISTICS
-Destiny Stewart led all attackers with a .439 attack percentage and nine kills. She also added three solo blocks, finishing with 12 points.
-Lilly Reilly and Stephanie Price each added five kills each.
-Peyton Parent recorded seven digs and five aces, while Constance Connolly added 26 assists.
MUW KEY STATISTICS
-Cicely Goldhorn posted four kills, while Kayla King and Tori Weir added three kills apiece.
-Sadie Mitchell posted nine digs for the Owls.
