HOW IT HAPPENED
-The teams allowed just three points at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions combined, with 14th-ranked Clementina Davila/Catherine Owen winning 8-1.
-In singles, Owen won the first set 6-2 over Kathryn Barker, but the freshman went into a tie break in the second set, winning 7-6 (3), to secure the point.
-The Tigers complete the regular season a perfect 6-0 in conference play, 28-0 in singles matches and 18-0 in doubles contests.
