SEWANEE, Tenn. – The 30th-ranked Sewanee women's
tennis team hosted Mississippi College Saturday and after taking a
3-0 lead in doubles, won all but one of its singles matches for the
8-1 win.
Jenny Liles (Little Rock, Ark., Mount St. Mary),
Michelle Flume (San Antonio, Tex., St. Mary's Hall),
Julia Wood (Tulsa, Okla., Union) and Lindsay
Wilburn (Hilton Head, S.C., Hilton Head Christian) won
matches in both singles and doubles on the day. The Tigers are now
11-9 and will play at the SCAC Championships in North Little Rock
next weekend.
