SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee hosted SCAC rival Centre on
Sunday and topped the visting Colonels 6-3. The match was split 3-3
after singles play and Sewanee swept the doubles play for the
win.
In singles, Shannon Logsdon (Atlanta, Ga., North
Atlanta) highlighted the Tiger effort with a comeback win
over Lizzy Jones in the \#4 spot. The senior from Atlanta rallied
after dropping the first set 6-1 to pick up the three-set win.
The Sewanee women are now 4-2 and will host Swarthmore on Monday
before traveling to California for spring break.
