Paige Patterson begins her first year as a member of the athletic training staff at Sewanee in 2025-26.
Patterson earned her bachelor's in Biology with a specialization in Biomedical and Health Sciences along with a minor in Healthcare Administration from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Fla., in May 2023. She received her master's in Athletic Training from Lee University in Cleveland, Tenn., in May 2025.
During her time at Lee, the Edmonton, Alberta, native served clinical rotations at East Hamilton High School, Lee University and Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts, working a variety of sports, including football, girls volleyball, soccer, softball, cross country, flag football, boys and girls basketball and track and field. She completed her clinical immersion at Tennessee Wesleyan, working with men’s lacrosse.
Patterson competed collegiately at Saint Leo in cross country and track, earning four All-Conference and All-Region honors in cross country. She also garnered All-South Region accolades indoors in the 5000-meters and outdoors in the steeplechase in track. She used her final year of eligibility at Lee University while pursuing her masters.
During college she worked part-time at Innovation Physical Therapy in Edmonton, helping with patient modalities and education as well as therapeutic exercises.
