th, helping Sewanee women's cross country to an eighth-place showing as a team Saturday at the Firehawk Invitational in Oakville, Ala.
Ude completed the 6K course at the Oakville Indian Mounds in 25:37.21 while Cook crossed the finish line in 26:15.35.

th, respectively, with times of 27:10.82, 27:10.94 and 27:24.86. Freshman

Division I UAB finished first in the team standings and Division II institutions West Florida and West Alabama were second and fifth, respectively, ahead of the Tigers.
"Neither team was at full strength for today's meet but the women saw much faster times individually," head coach Mike Curcio said. "The ladies should be back to full strength for our home meet in two weeks."
Sewanee hosts the Mountain Goat Invitational on October 4.
