ROME, Ga. - The University of the South swimming and diving teams earned a Saturday split over Berry College in a dual. The men's team suffered a 151-46 loss to the Vikings, but the women's team remained undefeated with a 135-117 victory over the hosts, Saturday from The Cage Center.

WOMEN'S TOP PERFORMERS

Mary Louise LeMieux won two events on Saturday, taking care of the distance events. The freshman swam a 5:17.36 in the 500 freestyle and 11:06.64 in the 1,000 free. She also posted a 2:19.52 mark in the 200 IM.

Aurelia Willett also won two events in Rome. In the 200 freestyle, she swam to a winning time of 2:02.57. Later in the 200 backstroke, she posted a 2:13.78 mark.

Kate Mabry won the 100 backstroke (1:01.29). She also swam the 200 backstroke (2:15.14) and the 200 individual medley (2:18.14).

Anna Hawkins Dulaney won the 50-yard freestyle (26.03) and finished in second in the 100 free (56.70) and 200 free (2:04.06).
-Sewanee won the 400 freestyle relay thanks to the quartet of Willett, Dulaney,
Riley Carswell and LeMieux's time of 3:45.04.
-On the diving boards,
Olivia Durfee led the Tigers with a 159.67 score, followed by
Sarah MacKinnon (154.42) and
Kaitlin Walker (109.42) on the first set of one-meter diving. Durfee owned the second session on the one-meter as well with 200.55 points.
MEN'S TOP PERFORMERS

Anthony Carbone posted a 47.79-second sprint in the 100 free. Additionally, posted second place finishes in the 100 butterfly (54.35) and the 100 breaststroke (1:00.19).

George Mabry sprinted to a 22.53-second mark in the 50 freestyle.

Peter Heck tallied 90.97 and 96.15 in both one-meter diving events.

Christian Snead posted times of 2:15.97 in the 200 IM, 2:02.83 in the 200 free and 2:27.38 in the 200 breaststroke.
