Tigers Fall in Road Swim Meet at Centre

Results

DANVILLE, Ky. - The Sewanee swimming and diving teams were downed by the Centre Colonels in the pool on Friday night. The Colonels defeated the Tiger women, 183-49, the men were downed by the Colonels, 148-79.

TOP WOMEN'S PERFORMANCES
-Meghan Mulhern finished second in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a 11:13.95 swim time. She also touched the wall second in the 500-yard freestyle with a 5:28.75 time.
-Ashley Kreuger swam a 58.93-second finish in the 100-yard freestyle.
-Brianne Holsomback swam a 27.20-second time in the 50-yard free.

TOP MEN'S PERFORMANCES
-Jed Henrichsen won both one-meter dive events, scoring 147.23 and 184.43 points.
-Robert Coles won the 50-yard freestyle event with a 22.44-second time, missing his season-best by 0.01 seconds.
-Hayden Everett swan a season-high 1:57.82 in the 200-yard freestyle.
-Lee Haber won the 200-yard individual medley, swimming to a time of 2:00.26 and the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:13.16.

UP NEXT
The Tigers will wrap up the weekend Saturday with a meet at Transylvania.
