No. 23 Women’s Golf Finishes Play at the SAA Championships

DICKSON, Tenn. - The 23rd-ranked Sewanee women's golf team concluded the 2019 Southern Athletic Association Women's Golf Championships on Sunday from the GreyStone Golf Club.

*Centre and Millsaps do not have enough participants to qualify for the team leaderboard

-The Tigers fired a 326 score in the final round of the Championships.

-Sophie Morrill fired a 78 final round to finish the tournament in a tie for 10th with a 242 score (84-80-78).

-Margaret Wentz finished in 12th with a 243 score (84-77-82), while Natalie Javadi finished the 54-hole event with a 246 (79-83-84).

-Caroline Cole (248 | 85-78-85) and Meghan Symonds (251 | 87-82-82) rounded out the team scoring for Sewanee.

-Hunter Farrell finished the three-day tournament with a 252 (87-86-79) as she competed as an individualist.
