MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Despite temperatures in the 40s, the Sewanee track and field teams finished up the road schedule with the Berry Field Day Invitational.

WOMEN TOP PERFORMERS
-Tricia Murphy and Clay McKnight each recorded personal best times in the 1,500 meters, running a 5:07.35 and a 5:25.21, respectively.
-Kelsie Schiavone moves inside the top-10 in the 400 meters for the SAA with a ninth place, 1:03.61 time in the event over the weekend, finishing 21st overall and fourth among D-III competitors.
MEN TOP PERFORMERS
-Minju Lee runs 11.83 seconds in the 100 meters, placing him 20th in the Southern Athletic Association.
-Letherio Jones finished 23rd, eighth among Division III competitors in the 400-meter dash. A new personal best for the freshman, he is now ranked 16th in the conference with a 52.76-second clip.
-Ash Midyett ran a 2:04.65 in the 800 meters, and earned a personal best time of 4:08.86 in the 1,500 meters, good for 16th place at the meet and is sixth in the SAA and 35th in the region.
-Miles Martin ran a personal best time of 1:01.83 in the 400 meter hurdles, good for fifth against D-III competition. He moves up to ninth in the SAA in the event, and he is also ninth in the 110 hurdles (17.87 seconds).
-Elijah Brooks-Davis moves up to seventh in the SAA and 25th in the South/Southeast region with a 12.64m clearance in the shot put, good for fourth place out of 22 competitors.
Sewanee's next two meets will be at the comfort of the Cumberland Plateau, as they host the Mountain Laurel Twilight Invitational on Friday.
