Cross Country Completes Season at NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships

MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - The Sewanee cross country teams concluded the 2018 season Saturday at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships, hosted by Berry College.

WOMEN'S RESULTS
-Avery Jordan led the women's squad with an 89th place finish out of 237 runners with a 25:32.48 mark.

-Meg Legro ran to a 25:46.46 mark and a 96th place finish, while Ann Chapman Haynes finished 26:03.92.

-Other finishers include Hannah Faulkner (26:29.64), Ellie Herron (26:37.99), Adriana Hibarra (26:44.59) and Perry Gresham (26:44.75).

MEN'S RESULTS
-William Rich posted an 89th place finish out of 239 runners with a personal best 28:11.9 finish. In four 8K races this season, the freshman improved his personal best in each race he competed in.

-Ben Murray posted a 28:24.21 time for a 96th place finish, while Bram Atkins ran to a 28:26.98 mark.

-Other finishers include Jack Barganier (29:42.36), Rob Mohr (29:47.45) and Rob Ritchie (31:07.96).
