Midyett Runs to 21st Place Finish at Dr. Keeler Invitational

NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Junior mid-distance runner Ash Midyett earned a 21st finish out of 88 runners in the 800 meters event at the Dr. Keeler Invitational on Friday, hosted by North Central College.

The Fairhope, Ala. native ran the event to the tune of 1:53.97, a new personal best and the second-fastest time in program history in the 800. Midyett missed the school record by 0.63 seconds.

Midyett moved up to fifth in the South/Southeast Region in the event.
