No. 22 Men’s Tennis Takes Down Regionally Ranked Covenant

SEWANEE, Tenn. - Winning its seventh match in a row, the 22nd-ranked Sewanee men's tennis team defeats Covenant, ranked 20th in the Atlantic South region, with a 6-3 victory Tuesday afternoon from the Bruton-Guerry Tennis Center.

-Sewanee earned wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 in doubles, led by an 8-1 win by Alejandro Becker/Jack Metzger.

-After losing the point at the No. 1 and No. 2 in singles, the Tigers bounced back to earn the final four points in singles to secure the match.
