Thomas Limouze enters his first season as assistant coach for the swimming and diving programs at Sewanee.
Limouze comes to Sewanee from Swarthmore College in Swarthmore, Pa. While at Swarthmore, Limouze helped guide the Garnet to their first-ever Centennial Conference Championship in 2016-17. During this past season, a combined 28 school records were broken at Swarthmore.
Additionally, Limouze was named the Jean Freeman Memorial Scholarship winner as the top assistant coach in the nation.
Along with his 11 years of coaching experience, Limouze was a four-year varsity swimmer at Oberlin, specializing in the distance freestyle and butterfly events.
He received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology at Oberlin in 2006. In 2015, he earned a Master's Degree in Kinesiology from Temple University.
