-Emory scored three goals in the first half, finding the back of the net in the 18th, 25th and 42nd minutes.
-Leading 3-0 at the half, the Eagles added a 54th-minute goal.
-Despite the clean sheet by the home team, they saw Sewanee take eight shots in the match.
-Emory is ranked in both Division III polls for men's soccer. They are ranked third in the latest D3soccer.Com poll and sixth in the United Soccer Coaches Association poll. The Eagles finished as a quarterfinalist in the NCAA Men's Soccer Championships a year ago.
