Equestrian Program to Host Riding Clinic and Symposium

SEWANEE, Tenn. - The Sewanee Equestrian program has announced that they will host a Riding Clinic and Symposium on the weekend of Feb. 3 and 4.

The clinic and symposium will welcome Daniel Stewart, former United States team coach, international clinician and author.

Daniel Stewart, a successful international trainer for over 25 years. has trained riders in the US, Spain, Portugal, England, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Greece and the West Indies. From 1999 to 2007 he coached riders on several US Equestrian Teams at World Championships, World Equestrian Games and Olympics. As the internationally acclaimed author of the equestrian sport psychology book Pressure Proof Your Riding and rider fitness book Ride Right, he’s widely considered one of the world’s leading experts on equestrian sport psychology and performance. Coach Stewart lived in Andalusia Spain until recently but now resides in Florida and teaches his sold-out clinic tours around the world to riders of all ages and levels.

For those who wish to be an audit only member, the charge is $50.
